The X3 Quick Swap D-Ring is built for fast, secure handle changes without the hassle of wingnut setups. Designed for both armwrestling and traditional gym handles, it features three hookup positions (low, middle, and high), a 5.5” opening that fits nearly all handle types, and a durable 1/2” steel locking bar for quick swaps. Tested to support up to 220 lbs and includes a 175 lb-rated carabiner.
