At GripDeck, we build tools that are meant to be used hard. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Must include all original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

If your gear has been used for training, it’s no longer eligible for return—but if there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll work with you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method—GripDeck is not responsible for lost returns.

Because every GripDeck product is made to order, each order takes time to complete. Between 3D printing, cutting, sanding, quality checks, assembly (when applicable), and packaging, most orders take a few days to finish before they're ready to ship. We also follow a print schedule to ensure every order is produced efficiently while maintaining the quality GripDeck is known for.

Yes. Every grip tool we offer can be used by beginners and advanced athletes alike. You can control resistance and intensity based on your setup, making it easy to scale your training as you get stronger.

To keep your GripDeck Grip Tools performing their best, store them in a cool, dry place and avoid exposing them to extreme heat. High temperatures, such as leaving your tools in direct sunlight or inside a hot car, can cause the plastic to soften or warp over time. 

When your tool isn't in use, we recommend removing all but one resistance band to help preserve the bands' elasticity and extend their lifespan.

Our grip strength equipment is built specifically with arm wrestlers and serious strength athletes in mind. With modular handles, quick-swap brackets, and aggressive textures, GripDeck tools allow you to target specific movements like pronation, supination, and cupping more effectively than standard grip tools.

With consistent use, some smoothing can occur, but our grip strength equipment is designed to maintain texture far longer than standard gym attachments. Proper care (like keeping your grip tools clean and dry) will extend their lifespan even further.

Printing times vary depending on the product size, filament color, and the number of items being printed simultaneously. Most GripDeck products take 3 to 24 hours to print before moving on to quality inspection, assembly (if needed), and shipping.
