Designed for both armwrestling and traditional gym handles, it features three hookup positions (low, middle, and high), a 5.5” opening that fits nearly all handle types, and a durable 1/2” steel locking bar for quick swaps. Tested to support up to 220 lbs and includes a 175 lb-rated carabiner. Handles not included
